:: ATC - Tweets ::

 Today I have a bit more clean and simple ATC to show you. I´m still working to get my studio as I want it so my time to actually create something is a bit limited. However I have some cute ATC with Lawn Fawn stamps on my desk soon ready to be seen :)

 My first thought was to create ATC in the one layer technique. When I almost was finished I feldt I needed some glitter and texture and stickers. So my first idea is no longer ;)

 I created my background with Distress Ink Dried Marigold and Archival Ink Garden Patina. I used two differnt mini stamp sets from Prima Marketing. The flowers came from a set called Meadow Lark and the branch called Songbird. The black is stamped with Archival Ink Jet Black.

Last I added black Caviar Beads and glitters from Prima Finnabair. The word stickers are from Tim Holtz and called Chit Chat.

:: ATC - Cute Sheeps ::

 I started making She Art back in 2011 when I found Christy Tomlinson. I fell head over heels in love with this forgiving style! It was so very different from my normal very picky style with arrange flowers for hours at my work. I took many classes for Christy both on-line and live! 2012 Christy teamed up with Junelle Jacobsen and she lived on a sheepfarm. From her I learned to make this ever so cute sheeps! I jus love them!
 I have created three different ATC with this cute sheeps. For my baclground I used Prima Watercolors Tropicals. I also used Neocolor II in pink and grey. For the white on the sheeps I used white acrylic paint. My stickers are from Tim Holtz and called Clippings stickers.
I used my all time favorite pen from Pilot called Perma Ball. With that pen you can draw and write on all kind of backgrounds and textures. Love it! Last I added different glitters from Prima Finnabair.

:: ATC - After Dark ::

Last weekend I met up with my dear friends Ulrika and Nina for some creative time together. I managed to finish two editions of ATC. This is my second one. If you scroll down you find the first one. I actually started some in the onelayer technique but they I will show you later, when they are completed ;)

For these ATC I wanted to make something over the top with too much of everything! I think I pulled it off! I started off with some frames made with moulds and paperclay. I painted them with the Sparks Fairy Wings Acrylic Paint. My backgrounds was already made and a find in a box when I did my tidy up in my studio. I stamped them with a checker print stamp and they were ready to go.

I added a black feather, some black Sisal and some gold thread before adding the frames with Gel medium. Last I added Glass Glitter and Micro Beads in gold. The Dragonflies are from The Dusty Attic and the words from Kaisercraft.

:: House for birds - ATC ::

Finally some new stuff in my blog! I have been organizing and moving around things in my studio and totally went all in there ;) I´m not done yeat but I met up with some friends last Sunday and created two sets of ATC´s. The first ones I will show you toady. I will also soon show you how my small but very loved studio turned out. I love to see how other have arranged their creative spaces so maybe you will enjoy seeing how mine looks?

My ATC´s is created for a swap with friends. Actually my former team mates at Pyssloteket. I decided to step down from the team so now I´m not on any designteam at all.The theme was birds. I created some with the same theme for another swap recently but I really enjoyed this theme anyway!

I used a background paper from Bo Bunny in teal. Then I added pieces of a brick shaped chipboard from Snipart. The next step was to add Art-stones from Prima. I used both small and large. Then I added loose glitter from Finnabairs collection. I love how easy the containers are to use! To get more color I added 13arts Rainbow Colors Turquoise and Acrylic Ink from Liquitex in Turquoise Deep. Then I gave it a shower with clean water. I love how this technique works! Fun and cool effects!
The bird houses are from The Dusty Attic and the words from Kaisercraft. I painted the bird houses with Prima Acrylic Paint Metallique Silver Spoon and the a tiny bit of Metallique Mermaild Teal. I painted the words with Prima Acrylic Paint Sparks Raven Black. Last I added some Prima Metallique Wax in Old Silver and some black splashes with black Liquitex Acrylic Ink.

:: CAS ATC with Prima Watercolors ::

If you follow my blog you know I´m the girl who likes to add alot of embillishments! But hey sometimes I also need to create clean and simple ;)
Here I sprayed water on some Aquarelle paper and dripped/painted dots with my Watercolors from Prima Marketing.

Then I doodled with a black pen around my dots.

I added letters from some older Prima packages and painted with white on some of them.

Really fun and simple!

:: Some stuff from outer space ::

Today it´s my last blog post over at Pyssloteket. I have decided to step down from the Designteam after almost four years on the team. Here are the same cards that I´m showing over there. I have a  tutorial about how to make these backgrounds. Lots of photos today so stay all throw my post :)

 I guess for a girl with no love for Distress Ink I have quite a lot of Minis ;)
You need Distree Ink pads, Blending Tool and white paper. I use Perfect Coloring Paper from Copics.

 For my first Cosmo scene I start with a light color - Tumbled Glass. I make both soft and sharp strokes with the Blending Tool.

 My next step will be a bit darker color - Broken China.

 To get even more depth I select one more blue shade - Peacock Feathers.

 I think it looks cool with some green shades so I choosed - Cracked Pistachio.

 The last step will be to use Black Soot on all white space. Although it can be a good idea to save some white areas to make it more realistic looking.

 Let´s try one more color combination! Here I choosed Wilted Violet, Peacock Feathers and Cracked Pistachio. I also saved a white space beteween the colors.

 Now my backgrounds need some stars!

 You will get best coverage with white Acrylic Paint and a few drops of water. You can also used some white Mist or why not both?

Now they are ready to be transformed into cards!

For my two cards here I used the background technique. I also used metallic Cardstock from Pyssloteket. I used gold for the first card and silver for the second one. To get super nice stamp images I used my Misti. The text stamps are from Lawn fawn and called Lucky Stars.

And some Clen and and Simple ATC in blue shades. So fun to make!

:: Green Card with Prima ::

I´m so inspired by my green surroundings! I found some flower packages in green so I just had to make something with them! Just look at my beautiful Elder shrub hugging my card!

 I started with the paper called Beautiful Glory from the Rose Quartz Collection. Then I added Gesso over a stencil called Decor 2. Then I sprinkled and sprayed Color Bloom in Soft Teal and Deep Teal.

 The flowers I used are called Rio, Penley, Free Spirited and my all time favorite Corine from 2011! I still have some packages after buying a lot of them but I hope Prima will make them again!

 I used a die from Prima called Leaves. I just love the texture on the leaves!

 The cute metallic Mail box is from the Shabby Chic Treasure collection called Mail Box.
Last I added some Art-stones, Gesso and more Color Bloom.

:: Pretty in pink - ATC ::

Today I have some ATC in pink and gold to show you. I made them for the challenges at Scrapki-wyzwaniowo and Snipart. I think it´s safe to call my ATC a bit much of everything :)

I used a floral stencil from Prima and Gesso. Then I painted it with art alchemy Acrylic Paint Metallique Pink Blush. I added metallic gears, burlap ribbon, Glass glitter Gold Rush from Prima, Art-stone from Prima and Rhinestones. I added art alchemy Metallique Wax in Vintage Gold and also a bit more of the Acrylic Paints in Dragon´s Eye and Raven Black. I made the birds with molds and paper clay. The words are from Kaisercraft.

:: Some ATC in vintage style ::

This ATC which was almost impossible to take a good photo of is cretaed for More Than Words mini challenge June. The challenge was to include the word HE on your project. It´s so much texture and depth in this ATC and I´m a bit sad ut really dot show here. I´ve used Acrylic Paint Brass Hardware, MicroBeads Copper and Metallique Wax Rich Copper all from Prima.

These three ATC is made from lots of torn pieces from an old book. I added bokmärken in Swedish and I´m not sure what thet are called in English? Last I sprinkled some paint over the ATC.

:: Silver Sweet - ATC Color Challenge ::

Today I have some silver ATC to show you. I´don´t work with all metallic that much but boy was this fun! I rellay love how they turned out! This is the third color I have created for my ATC Color Challenge 2017. Want to join me? Look for #atccolorchallenge2017 at Instagram.

I started with the Stencil called Crackle from Prima. Then I added Heavy Gesso and Art Alchemy Acrylic Paint Metallique Silver Spoon both from Prima Marketing. I buy most of my supplies from Prima at Pyssloteket in Stockholm.

When my background was dry I started my treasure hunt in boxes and my drawers for fun embellishments. I find two wooden frames from a box with frames in two different sizes. The box is called Wood Icons Delight. The larger frames was a good fit here. But I still lacked one frame so I used one in Resin I had left from a class with Frank Garcia. I painted the frames with the same paint as my backgrounds and I also used some Metallique Wax Old Silver.

After attaching the frames with Art Basic 3d Matte Gel I added lots of Glass Glitter Sterling and Micro beads in silver. I also used some loose silver glitter from Finnabair. ON thos ATC I used a Resin frame. I think both the Acrylic Paint and Waxes has really good coverage!

For this ATC I painted some flat flowers in the Silver Spoon Paint. I also used a piece from the Sunrise Sunset Collection with Mechanicals Vintage Trinkets. This one was in copper but I used my Wax and changed it into silver. The key from Prima Ingvild Bolme is called Junkyard Findings Vintage Keys. And last I added a metallic knob on the key and the metallic Jeans plates all from Prima. Of coures! I use Ranger Glossy Accent when I attach metallic embellishments.

I needed the flowers under the metallic plate to get it steady and solid. Here you can also see the little knob on the key. Every detail and layer makes it more fun to look at!

On this ATC I used one large metallic flower and one smaller from the Sunrise Sunset Mechanicals set. On the smaller flower I used the same knob as on the ATC above here. I found a package with really cool embellishments looking as pendants and I used one of them here. The arrow stickers are from Tim Holtz and called Metallic Borders.
